The death of a loved one is a very difficult time for families.  My goal is to assist the Executor/Personal Representative in settling the deceased person’s estate as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  The services I provide are:

• the drafting of all necessary court documents for the probate process
• ensuring that all notices to beneficiaries, creditors and other interested parties are properly given
• appearing in court, if necessary, to expedite the probate process.
